In theory, all participants in a construction project, large or small, want the same thing:

1) A Quality Job
2) On Time
3) On Budget

This includes the Owner, the A/E, the Contractor and the Subcontractors and Suppliers. But the “perfect job” doesn’t exist. What matters is how the parties handle it when problems arise, and they will.
